Site rules

Version of 12 September 2026. By posting a listing or using the site you agree to these rules.

1. Who can post and what

• Owners post for free: one listing in each residential category.
• Agencies, agents and developers post on the Pro plan.
• One listing — one property. Duplicates, bait listings and listings without a real property are removed.

2. Listing requirements

• A real price with no hidden markups. Deposit, prepayment and commission are stated separately.
• An exact address: street and house number, a pin on the map. The flat number is not shown in the listing.
• At least five photos of the property itself. Other people's photos, watermarked images and advertising are prohibited.
• The description contains only information about the property. Links, phone numbers and advertising in the text are not allowed.

3. Review and moderation

• A moderator reviews every listing before publication, usually within 24 hours.
• Listings with a Cadastre extract get the “Verified by the Cadastre” badge. The exact address and cadastral number are never shown.
• A moderator may reject a listing and state the reason. After correction it can be submitted again.

4. Payment and promotion

• Promotion (Premium, Top, Top with bid) is paid for the chosen period and starts right after publication.
• The paid period is not refunded if the author removes the listing early or it is rejected for breaking the rules.

5. Liability

• The author of a listing is responsible for its accuracy. Tuk Tuk is not a party to the transaction.
• We may remove a listing or block an account for fraud, spam, abuse or attempts to circumvent the rules.
• Personal data is processed under the privacy policy.
