About Tuk Tuk

Every new home begins with a knock on the door

First you knock on the door to see the apartment. Then you open it yourself, with your own key. We named the site Tuk Tuk so that behind every knock there is a real door: a real apartment, an honest price and an owner you can check in the Cadastre.

Tuk Tuk was created by Hayk Gasparyan. Armenia had no convenient website to simply rent an apartment, and no single place where everything about housing was gathered together. So we are building it ourselves. Rentals and sales, daily rentals, new builds, houses and land, commercial property, a mortgage calculator and a magazine about housing are all in one place.

Tuk Tuk is made in Armenia for those who live here and for those who come here to live. That is why the site speaks eight languages and owners post listings for free. We want finding a home in Yerevan, Gyumri or Dilijan to be as easy as knocking on a neighbour's door.

Tuk Tuk started as a business. But the more we build, the clearer it becomes: this could be the work of a lifetime.

Our rules

1
Real listings

Every listing passes an automatic check and moderation before it is published.

2
Cadastre check

Owners can attach an extract, and the listing gets the “Verified” badge.

3
Honest numbers

We never inflate views or ratings, neither ours nor sellers'.

4
We protect your data

We don't ask for passports, and we delete verification documents right after the check.

Tuk the cat

Tuk is our house cat. He knows every corner of the home and is the first to check that everything is in order: he looks through the documents, inspects the apartment and points out what to pay attention to. You'll find his tips in the My Home magazine articles.
